Project Deep Dive
Overview
A comprehensive web application designed to streamline asset and purchase management processes for various stakeholders, including employees, students, and vendors. Built using Next.js and the T3 Stack (TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, tRPC, and Prisma), the system facilitates efficient handling of purchase requests, user management, and reporting, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency.
Challenge
The client faced inefficiencies in managing purchase requests and asset tracking, leading to delays, lack of transparency, and difficulty in generating accurate reports. Manual processes were time-consuming and prone to errors.
Solution
Developed a centralized web application using Next.js and the T3 Stack to automate purchase requests, asset tracking, and user management. Implemented role-based access control, real-time status tracking, and reporting features to enhance transparency and efficiency.
Results
The application streamlined workflows, reduced manual effort, and improved decision-making through real-time insights. It ensured accurate tracking of assets and purchase requests, leading to better operational efficiency and transparency.
